My dream has always been to develop the cost-effective instruments to detect and rehabilitate the hearing losing noninvasively and objectively. Despite many different kinds of auditory disease and challenges of over 70 million deafer in the world, I still imagine the day that each hearing losing ear can be diagnosed eaily and recovered quickly. The efforts of my laboratory constitute only a tiny proportion in this field around the world, but as long as we keep ploughing and diligence, we believe the dream will come to true in one day.

1. Mechanism studies and signal detection about auditory system. Including:OAEs, CAP,AEP,FFR and auditory propagation pathway.

2. Cochlear rehabilitation. Focused on Novel speech processing strategy, Developent of Research Platform for new speech processing strategy, Speech enhancement by microphone array techniques on Cochlear Implant.

    Key Words

otoacoustic emission, cochlear implant, speech enhancement, frequency-following response, detection and rehabilitation engineering of auditory system
