The groundbreaking “Remote Intelligent Clinical Research Technology Platform”, spearheaded by Academician Dong Jiahong’s team at Beijing Tsinghua Changgung Hospital, secured the prestigious Gold Award at the international trade fair “Ideas – Inventions – New Products” iENA held in Nuremberg, Germany.
This platform was developed in response to persistent challenges in pharmaceutical and medical device innovation. At its core, the platform incorporates cutting-edge technologies such as the Neuro Fusion algorithm, Data Deno architecture, and Trust Shield technology. By seamlessly integrating artificial intelligence and trusted computing, it achieves remote intelligent recruitment of clinical subjects, intelligent transcription of medical records data, and in-depth information mining for research data. Since 2021, the “Remote Intelligent Clinical Research Technology Platform” has been successfully piloted in Beijing, advancing clinical trials and research involving remote visits, automatic desensitization transcription of case data, remote monitoring, and other activities based on intelligent technologies. Over ten innovative drug clinical studies at Beijing Tsinghua Changgung Hospital, including the Establist study on liver cancer regression and PD-1 treatment for esophageal cancer, have benefited from this platform. Expanding its impact, the project has been applied in various hospitals and institutes, fostering a new era of intelligent and remote-driven clinical research.
