图像信息引导微创诊疗、立体增强现实手术导航和三维立体医学影像处理

立体增强现实手术导航能够解决二维导航界面缺乏三维信息且医生手眼不协调的问题,可以帮助医生实时确定手术器械与患者解剖结构之间的空间关系,保证微创诊疗的安全性与准确性。马龙飞研究员在全面总结了当前医学影像引导的微创治疗技术的基础上,着重解决微创治疗中面临的体内器械远端难以精准定位、医学图像-患者难以高精度注册和立体全像增强现实手术导航在微创治疗中的应用等关键科学问题。针对这三个关键科学问题,提出电磁和光学混合跟踪方法精准定位体内易受力形变器械远端,提出了高精度的术前图像-患者注册方法克服软组织形变、注册误差大等临床问题,并开发了高精度的立体全像增强现实手术导航系统,有针对性的执行多个临床应用评估。该研究通过模型实验、志愿者实验和临床预实验验证了立体全像增强现实手术导航系统良好的临床适用性。
