微创脑机接口与微纳机器人

张明君教授瞄准神经工程与微纳医学的前沿交叉领域,借助生物相容微纳米材料、微纳机器人技术、神经动力学及现代控制理论,探索微创脑机接口与神经系统交互理论及技术,包括生物相容微创自展开柔性脑机接口、微纳米给药机器人、基于神经动力学模型的神经环路闭环调控及脑机混合智能与行为增强理论与技术,从微纳米材料、器件和系统优化集成角度为脑科学研究、脑疾病诊疗及脑机智能融合与行为增强提供新理论及技术。

·在脑机接口领域,研发“微创自展开神经电极-无线低功耗信号传输-闭环神经调控”脑机接口系统,并在大鼠和巴马猪上完成原型机验证。

·在生物纳米材料领域,首次通过自组装技术研制出发光肽基纳米颗粒,开发了用于食道癌早期检测的近红外荧光肽纳米颗粒,并合作发现了具有荧光性质可调的量子限域肽组装体。

·在神经疾病诊断领域,首次提出使用β-淀粉样蛋白和tau蛋白的物理生物标志物(杨氏模量和纳米形态)来诊断阿尔茨海默症。开发了基于卡尔曼滤波器的学习算法,整合了多种生物标记物,研制出用于预测阿尔茨海默症进展的荧光纳米颗粒,并基于香农采样定理为患者提供最佳检查频率建议。
